Short Biography Geraldine Gauthier is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and co-founder of a Coaching Institute (GoMasterCoach.com). Geraldine leverages her leadership experience in the Finance industry and her coaching expertise to help leaders and founders bring their leadership to the next level. She started her career in the Finance Industry 20 years ago and held various positions including leadership roles focused on strategic projects, mergers and integrations in Paris, London, Hong Kong and Singapore; crossing multiple cultures and business environments. Fascinated by behavioural patterns in the workplace – how people think, act and communicate - she became a coach, co-founded a coaching Institute accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and launched a web-application for coaches (GoMasterCoach-app.com). Geraldine graduated in Management & Finance from the London School of Economics and Paris Dauphine University. In her spare time, Geraldine enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 kids, participating in triathlons and training people to be physically fit.
